Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned for "ghosting" by No Face. I was never given any warning except for "Carefull what you say in admin chat." I had said that the player Grant56810™ was camping. But before I had died I had kosed him MANY times for going into the T-Room. I was explaining how it wasn't ghosting because I had kosed him. I was never given ANY actual warning as in: "Okay you have to stop now." But no. He just banned me at the end of the round. In reality after I said that he was camping I never said anything else that would give away things that players ingame didn't know. I had been explaining how It wasn't ghosting. But I wasn't taking in Admin Chat I was talking to Grant himself. After this I will make sure to be "careful what I say in admin chat" but not given a warning nor any reports and just instantly banned was unprofessional.​

Hey AFlyingMexican(CBass), I banned you for ghosting because while I was still alive you said in admin chat that said player was camping, which would hint that he may be a T camping in the T room. After I said careful what you type in admin chat you then notify me that you put a K.O.S. on the player.
Is there anything else you have to say in your defense?

Also if theirs a kos on someone and you interact with them and someone see's you, you can be killed for association. Just as an example.
But 30 day ban. First time of "ghosting" on first offence? No slay even?

 

Incorrect, you cannot be killed for being with a KOS'd person, you have to witness them committing a T act and not do anything about it to be association.

 

Well then what mod/admin to trust!?!? ALL of you are coming up with different conclusion on rules such as t-baiting, association, and crossfire. I've had ThatBox telling me theirs no crossfire and then candycaneore is telling me you can't slay on crossfire. Get your all of your shit together. Their seems to be no organization of staff and rules. Theirs not even a written rule for kos that everyone follow and how you kill the person with the kos on them first.

I hope you're doing great! I apologize for the confusions regarding different conclusion on rules and verdicts. The rules are very broad and general and are able to be manipulated easily by an admin using discretionary means. This process allows us to handle many situations differently and accurately, as many situations come across us all the time; some more severe than others, and some less so. That's why I hope you understand why an Admin's verdict is sometimes different from a Mod's. I urge you to trust in an Admin's conclusion statement more than a Mod's, as we are the ones who teach the Mods; we understand the rules on another level that would be more beneficial to trust.

Regarding your appeal, I will shorten the ban length. What you did was in fact Ghosting, however it was very obvious that it was just to smooth the game-play along. This is also your first offense - which I am taking into account to consider this ban shortening. I really advise you to change your approach when trying to speed game-play up. Try verbal approaches such as:

Also, I highly recommend keeping a calm face while appealing and discussing such a serious topic. It will allow both parties to think more clearly and provide more accurate statements. We don't want anyone losing/winning an appeal based on raw emotion. We're here to prevent RDM/Hacking/Ghosting/Harassment/Anti-TTT - not prevent player's from playing the game. We're here to work with you, so please try to use a less aggressive tone in your choice of vocabulary.
