Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned awhile ago for rdm and leave 4th and i waited patiently for my ban to be lifted, since my ban appeal originally was denied. But after waiting i got back on gmod and decided to try and get on the server and it said that there were 45 days left on the ban. I was very confused and decided to look into it. When i did i found out that the ban had been extended due to ban evasion. And i was shocked because i never ban evaded within that time frame. Now i know its hard to defend myself from a ban evasion since the admins go off of IP addresses but i have a brother and a friend who use to play on the server with me. Unfortunately the account that i was supposedly ban evading on was my family computers steam account. And that's what my friend and brother would play on. My guess is he got on the server and the admin online saw that someone with the same IP as me was on and decided that it was a ban evasion and took the matters dealing with them like he should. Was he right to do it? 100% yes. Di he turn out to be wrong xD yeah well kind of. It wasn't his fault of course. But DarkLegion and Shaddoll would both tell you that i have told them about this and they know that this ban was a accident. And i cant wait to get back on the server. I enjoy it very much and am very excited, hopefully we can all figure this out and ill be on first thing tomorrow to see the news. Thanks!​

Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban, though before all else there are some issues we need to clear up. On the day of your ban, you had been on TeamSpeak, and had been banned for micspamming. A fair bit of this micspam was with voice changers, and you were told to quit using them. Soon after your ban, you had came onto my server with the name Drakus, a separate account than your other, at the time currently banned account, named Aethan Evoke/Jingle Prophet/Colorblind.

Due to the nature of the gameplay on the servers, I have a hard time believing this was not you, whom I had just banned on TeamSpeak for similar reasons. As a result of this, you will not be unbanned until you can prove in some fashion that you and whoever had access of the separate accounts are indeed separate people. Until you can do this, your accounts will remain banned.
