Hello Naomi. Thank you for taking time to appeal.

I banned you on community pool, as Noc stated, for Mass RDM +3 which is a 24 hour ban.

I was at the time spectating with a Trial Mod so I was able to observe that there was no T Baiting going on at the time. However I had miscounted by one because there was indeed a T shooting at you after this incident and then you shot back. You causing a death of one inno then a RDM train makes the deaths fall on you because you had no justification of killing the first person.

However, I did indeed miscount. There was a T shooting you after this and I calculated this in when I should not have.

I will go ahead and left the ban and void it. However, please do be careful when replying to your reports and give misleading information, it can cause much more harsh punishments and be considered loopholing.
