Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned for leaving while having a slay but I only was gone about 15 seconds because my game crashed and I had to restart it.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I was slain for killing a T when i knew he had placed a c4 but I can't kill on location so I took a slay. I was slayed the next round and was still spectating and there was 1 person left before the round was over when my game crashed. I quickly started up the game again and joined back (no more than 20 seconds). I joined in before the next pre round timer finished and proceeded to play that round.
I was then killed by a Traitor (alisae) which is the one that afterwards banned me for rdm and leave.
It was the end of the round when I crashed and did not leave on purpose so I dealt with my slay for that whole round and came back right away, so I did not avoid it and did not leave.

Please this seems unfair of a ban.​

I'm sorry to hear that you were banned under these circumstances, however, they may have been solid reasoning to your ban. @Alisae will comment here shortly with her reasoning to ban you and any evidence she has. Please be patient while she responds.

First of all I have to correct you here. You were slain for damaging another person at the start of the round with a Crowbar. You knew about this since I had explained it to you in-game, you even responded to me about it in chat and said you disagreed with it.

Second, you left the game with a slay on you and did not return until right before I issued the ban, something I only noticed the moment right after I had pressed Enter, which is why you were unbanned right away and with the ban being voided, meaning it will not count towards any possible future offenses.


I spoke with you about the above again, in a different map, around the time you made the appeal, telling you I had unbanned you.

It was at this point that you asked "well why was i slain for that it was completely accidental and i hit him once" and "so rdm for you is not even killing?". The answers to that are: accidental RDM is still RDM and randomly damaging/killing other players is RDM.


However, I will keep you unbanned since you came back and served your slay.
