a serious (pun intended) problem.

the lack of staff that plays the game has been a serious problem... they are plenty of people who play on the servers, but the most mods i have seen on at once are 2. a lot of the time, people who rdm and break rules go unpunished because no staff are ever on. i dont get why this happens, you guys must get plenty of mod apps, they just need to play.

 

i think hour requirement should be increased a bit

Well, we've lost a few of staff members but they all do have lives outside of SGM, so attending to that is a bit more important.

You gotta remember that the staff are only here to volunteer, this isn't like a full-time job for them

sorry kid? they shouldnt be staff! if you dont play the game you staff on, why are they staff? first off, i would suggest accepting more applications of people who ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME.

 

I think people should be a bit more understanding and greatful when it comes to the staff and what they do. I only say this cause being a mod has shown me how much actual effort you have to put in to staff well, and the responsibility that it entails. You cant just give anybody mod powers since that would prob bring a lot of chaos. People should be happy we got such dedicated staff here at SGM who are willing to make peoples playing better (not necessarily including myself in there).

 

You havent even been mod for a week, You have no point of veiw yet, And btw they gave my nigga @nilz mod, If they gave this savage mod, then you know how chaotic it can be.

Being staff on this server is time consuming and they dont even get to play the game much from what it looks like. Plus they donate there time not like they get paid to slay or kick people.

 

Apply and encourage your friends to apply. Help keep toxicity down so staffing isn't as much of a grind. ez way for more staff
