I would like a resolution to an age old question. Is the simple act of throwing a Discombobulator, disregarding any situation or context, (because that will never matter to some players) a KOSable offense? This comes up constantly and is enforced a variety of diffent ways depending on situation, map, and mod, so I would like to know if there can be a consensus.
