5 Day ban for 2 *accidental* rdms

Yes, i did kill 2 innocents as a D, BUT i do have reasons, 1st guys name is Werewolff (with 2 f) and i killed him because this guy called Crisimus said "KOS Werewolff if HaloMassacre86 is still alive" and he was alive when i checked, so i killed Werewolff, so it wasn't random and it also wasn't me who called the KOS. Secondly when i found out Werewolff was innocent i turned to Crisimus and said "That was a false KOS, and why is your healf at half way" he then said "i got hit by a mouse trap" and as people know mouse trap does 95 damage so it should say that he is near death instead of wounded. So i killed him for false KOS and lying. And lastly even if these are RDM (which they are not random at all, i had reasons) i would only be slain twice instead of a 5 ban, lemoncake if u could remember who else i rdmed please remind me and i will try to explain why i did it, becuase i am not the kind of guy who RDMs.

Suggestions: i wasn't actually confronted or told by anyone that i was (apparently) rdming, and now i have no proof of what i did except my words, if mods/admins have waited till the end of the round and talk to me i would have told them why i did it. So i think mods should talk to the player before a ban.
This is not really related but there are many rules that has not been but on the !motd which i find quite annoying as i will be slayed for no reason some times just because some rules are not clearly stated such as you are not allowed to kill people who are constantly following you, some mod say its fine and some mods dont and i dont know who to believe sometimes.

 

Hey bud, you were banned not only for killing multiple innos with little reason, but calling out false kos's. I will unban because you are a good player and I can see why you had a misunderstanding. I need your steam i.d. and which server to unban.
