Why you should be unbanned:

Mainly because I wasn't doing anything wrong​

Evidence of Innocence:

I was banned for "Loopholing," I'm assuming because I killed the same person repeatedly over multiple rounds. Any time I killed that person, I was fully justified. I didn't RDM anyone or kill anyone for no reason. I didn't make up false reasons. I didn't find obscure or unsupported reasons. I played the game the way I am supposed to, and I was banned for it.

Not sure if it's worth noting that I was RDMed multiple times on the same server and nothing came of it. I don't know if this is just a mod that doesn't like me or if there's some sort of misunderstanding. I'm not trying to make accusations, I'm just honestly confused. What I do know is that I wasn't banned justly.​

 

Hello @32OrtonEdge32dh I banned you for Loopholing, I'll provide my evidence and reasoning for the ban momentarily. Please be patient and thank you for taking the time to appeal.

Since I joined on the map Clue yourself and Rhomb were going at each other both verbally and ingame. You both made multiple reports claiming unided bodies or T-baiting and each of you gave a different story making them word vs word not allowing me to do anything. However there were multiple times that it was apparent that both of you were not only targetting each other but the possibility that there was loopholing involved.

On the map during a round I was a traitor Rhomb KOSed me and I proceeded to KOS him, the KOS on me lead to my death, you being my killer. 10 seconds later you proceeded to kill Rhomb, who had callled a KOS on a traitor that was already identified. The person who called the KOS on Rhomb was also identified as a traitor, you being his killer.

This caused a red flag immiedatly as you have extensive playtime and seem to know the rules, this is very blatant loopholing. I banned you based on this fact and after consulting my admin @BmTron who will be giving the verdict for this appeal.

 

I'll consider more what to do with your ban based on your response.

 

I honestly did not look at who was saying the KOSes, so since it was you calling it and you were a proven traitor, I would have been happy to take a slay after, or at least have any sort of notice that I had actually done that.

That player was trying to harass me, as you saw and acknowledged. I may have escalated it a bit in the chat by saying he was whining, but I tried not to target him in-game. Of course, I did kill him a couple times and he killed me, but I thought that was just how the game goes. We both killed other players and were killed by other players as well.

I don't think that that one RDM offense, an honest mistake, really warrants a ban over a slay. If you and your admin both agree that it does, then that's that. If you want, I can come into the game and serve any slays I need to, since clearly I earned one.

 

I've decided that you'll be unbanned, but this won't be voided, meaning it will count on your record. After hearing more, I do believe that you just had this genuine mistake, and that you weren't purposefully trying to loophole. I hope you have a good night!
