Well, I would say no because shooting towards you or people is T baiting shooting in the sky isn't really T baiting so I would say no
Im guessing that you meant to say if they jump on your head and shoot. I would say no as long as it is not in your general direction and/or deals damage to you.
No and no. I'll elaborate on why this would be the case. The only times these would ever be traitorous is if there are players at that vicinity with the possibility of being shot at when you were shooting the sky. If there aren't any players at the vicinity of the location/sky that could have been shot at, then you cannot kill the shooter for it. --> I'm assuming that you're asking about whether it's traitorous if you're shooting at the sky even if they're literally standing on top of you so I'll explain the first answer as such. This would not be traitorous IF you're shooting away from player locations (example would be the sky with no players nearby) and if you were killed for it, then they would be slain for it. --> No pretty much for the same reasons for your first question. If you're shooting away from players at a location they cannot be at, then it would be RDM on the killer. However, if there is a player close to the location you're shooting at, then you can be killed for it.
