I don't remember leaving until quite a few rounds after i was punished i do know that i did get slayed for first offense on rdming and i thought it wasn't that bad. Really enjoyed the server and i can wait it out if i have to. Thanks for your time!​

Hey there 123zakks,

Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban here on the forums today! I recall this case clearly as you were one of the only people who had been reported that seemed genuinely sorry about the RDM that you committed.

Now, when I joined west it was towards the end of round 6, most of the players were dead so I was pumping through the reports that were sitting there as I was worried I wasn't going to get them done in time. We were on clue and you had been reported for a kill you did at the start of round 5. In the following spoiler is the report itself and your response.

You pulled a frag and managed to kill someone with it right at the start of the round. Unfortunate for you but you seemed to understand that it was a mistake on your part. I issued a slay onto you for it as we punish for accidental RDM and that was that. When the map changed and the first round of 67th way began you were slain and then promptly left. Unfortunately, despite the fact I thought I did, I did not actually get a screenshot of you leaving. Regardless it seems to me that this was just a simple misunderstanding of our rules when it comes to slays and seeing as you only have an hour of playtime on our servers it would be safe to assume that.

To clarify, on our servers, when you are slain you must stay the entire duration of the round in which you were slain. Otherwise it makes the punishment rather redundant if you can just leave when you want to. You took from someones round so you, yourself must sit one out. It is stated in our MOTD which is what you are greeted with each time you join our server, which you can find HERE. As you can also see in the image I am providing below, although it is not all that obvious it is still there.


With all that said I will be accepting this appeal and I will void the ban under the condition that you do spend some time reading the MOTD. I do not want to see you being banned for this again when I have already explained it to you. If you feel like reading some more too, feel free to even have a gander at our extended rules which you can find HERE. You honestly seem like you were unaware that you would be banned for leaving and because of the way you held yourself on the server and approached this appeal I see it only fair to let you come back early. But honestly, please read our rules. I really hope that you keep the rest of your ban records clear!
