Hello Nerc/Fox,

I had banned you due to an earlier RDM and Leave that my moderator @Zyp failed to act upon, shown in https://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/report-against-zyp-mod-┃-nerc.45531/ . However I have realized that the logs provided do not show you killing a person with a prop and instead showed the world killed him instead. Due to the lack of deathscene and evidence, I have unbanned you. I would err on the side of caution, as the next time you RDM and Leave it will be for the same amount of time, 16 weeks.
