While I was staffing on West 2 on the 19th of December, I handled a few previous map reports and as you can see in the screenshot below,
it showed that you RDMed him and I was going to issue a slay, but you left. All of those can be seen in the screenshot above. As a regular on the server with over 300 hours, you should know that it is always best to ask the moderator online if it is safe to leave in order to not get banned. Since this is your 5th offense, I will be DENYING this appeal and you will stay banned.
