Looking into the logs of that instance, there's an instance of you firing before he started damaging you with a crowbar. Can you explain why you fired? Because it looked like you were Traitor Baiting in that scenario.

I fired Pre-Round at another player.Not him

 

Judging by those logs, it wasn't pre-round and it was completely during the round. So your shot was actually during the round and it seems that you were killed on the premise of T-Baiting for that reason. Unless you have any other reasons on why you shot, this report will be considered INVALID.

 

I shot on the ground.So technically,ur saying shooting at ground=kos?

 

There is no way for staff members to determine where you are shooting with our logs, this is why I recommend not shooting at all unless you are shooting at a traitor. Any other time, if you are shooting randomly and are killed for it you become apart of a word verses word situation with no way to prove your side without a staff member witnessing the situation.

But to answer your question, if you are shooting at the ground or sky, you cannot be killed. Traitor baiting is shooting towards players.
