Why you should be unbanned:

Admin banned me without looking at my side of the story and also banned me for false reasons.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Well I was on the vanilla server and I asked someone to get into the traitor tester and the flat out refused. This made them a suspect. They seemed to line a shot up on me so I fired first. They raged and started msging me calling me an idiot. An admin said they will slay me for a round and then instantly made it two. After I tried to tell them my side of the story, I got banned for 24 hours for "Mass RDM, 3rd Warning" I only killed one person and I had a valid reason for it.
Could you please unban me and look into this person and why he was so bias against me. (I can't remember his/her username but I am pretty sure they were the only admin online at the time)​

However I will state that the kill you just explained was not valid at all. You killed someone on suspicion.

 

pretty heavy suspicion tho.

 

Killing on suspicion at any point in time is a slayable offense.

 

And also it was not worth that massive over reaction at all. I mean he was lining a shot up on me and I was writing my side of the story when I was attacked (panicking I closed it to try and turn around but I died) So I tried to tell him direct but he was having non of it

Unfortunately, you RDMed 3 different people so i had to ban you for 24 hours. First you crowbarred two players because you were stuck and then you killed another player on suspicion.

When you are stuck feel free to use the @stuck command in the future and a staff member will bring you if they are able to do so.

Additionally, you cannot kill a player for not testing under any circumstance and acting suspicious is not a reason to kill someone either.

Because of this I am going to deny your appeal but feel free to play on our others servers for tonight or rejoin vanilla in one day's time.

Well I was flailing around trying to test if i was lagging out that time. (I have lagged before on the server and there were similar symptoms such as delayed movement and so forth. I didn't think they minded it really. I did very little damage and they killed me anyway.
Also the 2 others were not in the same round so I don't see how that makes much sence tbh.

 

I also did not know there was an @stuck command.

 

and two slays for 1 rdm does not make any sense.
Plus you never even seemed to knowledge my side of it. You didn't agree obviously but you could have at least SAID something to me.

 

Mass RDM does not necessarily have to be in a single round but can be spread over a period of time and you will be punished for it.
@stuck isnt a command so much as a message to our staff to let us know we need to help you out.

As there is no new evidence I will officially lock this topic for now. If an admin feels this is unjust feel free to unlock it.
