I was slain so i told them that i was gonna restart garys mod i really had to go take a number two so when i came back i'm banned for 14 days​

You were banned by @Darth West for your second offense of RDM & Leave. I recommend your appeal be denied seeing this was the very same excuse you used when I approved your ban appeal.

Hello Chilled I hope your day has been chilly.

Now onto the appeal, there are three main reasons why I am going to deny this appeal.
The first reason is that you having to go the bathroom is no reason to leave the game and commit the act of "RDM & Leave".
The second reason is that an admin has advised me to deny your appeal, while this only would not totally sway me to deny it, your previous appeal and the admin advising this has made the difference.
Third you do not wish to be unbanned and while you are on your break you could read the motd and other staff rules to avoid this from happening again.

If my admin @Carned feels that I have wronged you, then I ask you direct me in the action that I must undergo.
