Well my computer is bad so now and then i have to restart my gmod so i can hear again And you don't have to unban me​

If you do not put any effort into your appeal, you give me no reason to accept it. If you were going to leave the server to restart Garry's mod you could have sent a message via adminchat saying something along the lines of "I'm going to restart Garry's mod be right back" and I would have waited and slayed you once you rejoined, but in the future be sure to do this. The reason I banned you is because you killed player for "looking like he was sniping", which he wasn't. On our servers you cannot kill someone unless you have definite proof that they committed a traitorous act. Looking like you're sniping is suspicion and unless you see him actually sniping you cannot do anything about it. In the images below you can view the damage logs, I don't take you as a trouble causing player and I believe you will learn from your mistakes. Click here to view the server rules.
