Why you should be unbanned:

I believe that I was wrongfully banned today for owning and operating an underground yet totally legal carnival operation. Children lined the cliffs to get a chance to ride Collin's Crazy Carnival- It used to be spelled with K's instead of C's but this was later changed due to distasteful relation to a hate grouped that had a particularly large surge during the mid 1900's.

Speaking of hate groups your moderator appears to be a part of one. 'Taco' as he is known by on the streets noticeably targeted Asian-named players twice in a row and while there is no evidence of this, I can personally say that I think that he was thinking that "they shouldn't be on his 'pure' server" [1]. But it wasn't just Asians that Taco hated, it was another race altogether. Taco hates carnies. Admittedly, "carnie" is not a racial label but a cultural one such as "jew" or "gypsy," nonetheless my people were targeted and promptly banned for doing what runs in their veins. My carnival has but a short legacy on Serious TTT, for many rounds it launched players into the air and then into the ocean allowing them to experience life as an osprey or pelican even if only for a few moments. I asked 'Taco' several times if this operation was legal and received no response, so I continued to spread the joy and the freedom of flight to the denizens of Serious TTT. It wasn't until the location of the carnival was moved to the cliffside lighthouse that things got, serious.

You see, there is an inherent risk in operating a carnival ride. One out of every five riders dies on it, and one out of every twenty operators dies running it. These risks were explained to 'Taco' and we never received a response. Thus, under the pretense that our operation was entirely legal (a pretense given by your very own, corrupt, moderator) we began the fateful launches. Two in a row, a record by Collin's Crazy Carnival standards, resulted in deaths. After these deaths I was told that I would be slain for RDM. But while these deaths certainly were random, they were not deathmatch. As a carnival operator I simply put the willing riders into the air. After that, whether they land on the ground or in the water is up to them and sir Isaac Newton. I was the Daedalus to their Icarus, granting them flight only to watch in horror as they flew too close to the sun. In mythology we do not blame Daedalus for the death of Icarus, we do not blame anyone. We woefully acknowledge how dangerous the adventurous spirit of youth is. This adventurous spirit claimed the lives of two more today. But their names won't go down in myth, nor will mine; in fact I've already forgotten their names, I think one of them had an adventure time player icon. What my name has gone down in however, is this server's ban log. Yes, what much of the modern world considers art, your server has deemed an offense. Had this server dictated what would and would not be found in the halls of libraries around the world the tale of Icarus would have been burned and wiped from the record.

Speaking of wiping art from the history books, Hitler was a prominent destructor of art that he deemed an 'offense [2].' I know this because I saw Monuments Men a few days ago at a friend's house. Hitler, as you may recall also discriminated very heavily against many different races and cultures. These facts simply beg the question, is SeriousTTT and its servers operating under ideals brought about by the Third Reich? Of course not, one does not become a prominent TTT server operating under Nazi idealism. But when you employ moderators who do, a certain message is given off to your players; a message that you do not want to be sending.

But if you aren't part of the WWII-era Germany mindset then what mindset must you be a part of? I'm sure many of your staff would associate themselves with America. But American you are not, at least not with 'Taco' as your moderator. You see by deeming my carnival ride as illegal only after it had caused injury to others 'Taco' was enforcing Ex Post Facto laws on me. As many of you know Ex Post Facto was deemed unconstitutional in the Collins V Youngblood case of 1990 [3]. Under that law alone I believe that I should be relieved of my 2nd ban (The first was due to an underground pig fighting operation that I must admit was probably not legal even though all parties involved gave verbal and in some cases written consent). But there is another ideal that we hold here in America that will come to my defense. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or EEOC for short. The EEOC promises citizens like myself that we shall not be victims of racial discrimination [4]. And I was discriminated against. Carnie carnival operators have been targeted by your moderator 'Taco.' Had I been say, a Caucasian tree-watcher, or a Caucasian water-swimmer I would not have been dealt punishment as these occupations and cultures fall into 'Taco's' master-race ideology. But Carnies who operate carnival rides have no place in 'Taco's' shriveled heart of hate.

But I know that there is a higher power on this server. One who is just, kind, and whose "master-race" is the human race. One who can relinquish my ban, give 'Taco' a stern talking to, and allow American Idealism to prevail over Nazism just as it did sixty-nine years ago. Don't unban me just because its the right thing to do, unban be because its the American thing to do.

You killed 2 people with that little carnival joyride of yours. The third RDM that got you your SECOND OFFENSE OF MASS RDM (3+) was for damaging Dennis with your HUGE for no reason. Consider your appeal to be denied. This appeal is baseless and without a proper reasoning on why you should be unbanned, you can expect your 5 day ban to continue. Have a good day.

Considering this isn't your first offense of Mass RDM, your trollish behavior, and disrespect shown to me DESPITE WARNING YOU MULTIPLE TIMES THAT IT WAS NOT ALLOWED, your appeal is officially denied. Have a good day/night.
