Is jiggaboJones bannable

Got banned because staff wanted me to change my name because it rustled sprinkles jimmies so i did then i got banned because it was Sprinkels (not sprinkles) canberacistsometimes Jiggabo was apparently close to jiggaboo the apparent actual slur and sprinkels was close to sprinkles. secondly when alco asked me to change it i tried discussing it with him and he ignored ever message i sent him and all attempts to contact him in chat. if this is a game of staff taking sides with donators i get it. just say that and ill move on but seriously i dont believe a server based in the U.S should be able to ban based on name that would be like executing me cause my name is Ihatekfc. and finally mr.historyteacher you teach your kids every year (if your yung ass is a teacher) the constitution yet fail to uphold and follow that belief in real lyfe? thats some fufu lame shit and i for one will not stand for it.

@CMDRsprinkles will respond at his earliest convenience. @AlCo owns will also respond. I was the one who originally asked him to change his name and then kick him. Now, the reason I did this was because your name was bothering Sprinkles and he asked me to change it. Out of this, I asked you to change your name through PM twice. At the second PM, you decided to ask why Sprinkles wanted it changed and he explained. From there, you began to insult Sprinkles and call him racist in game. This caused me to kick you because you still refused to change your name despite me asking you nicely twice.

Now, you didn't come back until Alco took over for me when I left. Alco asked if I had already kicked, which I responded yes. From there, you changed your name to call Sprinkles a racist and insult him as a whole (this was in the shoutbox some point before this). Your name still went against the MOTD at that point and you went as far as harass one of the players. Therefore, your ban is just.

This is my point of view, but I will allow for Sprinkles and Alco to give their points of views on this issue.

I recently learned of a family member from my past that happens to be African American and learned that I am also a quarter black. After learning that I have taken a zero tolerance of any racial slurs. I called you out on the name because it was obviously a troll name made to be funny. As a history teacher and from the south originally I know how much hate that word carries. I hate jokes being made of it and called you out on it. You retaliated by calling me a racist in which I replied to you that you were the one being such.

You came back later after you changed your name and called me racist and the server on breaking your first amendment rights. Just because you have first amendment rights doesn't mean your allowed to walk into a public area and yell "Fire" without getting in trouble.
