Many innocents run into traitor rooms when traitors open it so that they get kos'd by other innos, leading to karma bans , etc. It would , in my opinion , benefit the server if that when innocents try to enter traitor rooms, die like you do in MinecraftB5 map. ( Note, im fine with it staying this way, but, its just a suggestion,)
And how do you propose we do that? Traitor rooms need to be opened for traitors themselves to access them we cant just have it so traitors can walk through walls. Its fine the way it is and to be honest just avoid going into traitor rooms you should expect this sort of stuff to happen.
We cannot keep people from entering traitor rooms. They do so knowing it is traitorous and they can be shot for it. I refrain from shooting them unless I know for sure they are a traitor. Let other people risk their karma.
Im pretty sure there is a mod where you can make certain areas accessible for only certain people, cant recall the name though.
I think innocents managing to make their way into a traitor room is part of TTT's novelty and should not be removed. If you don't want karma bans, just be smarter about who you shoot. If someone is spamming open a T door, either walk away or don't shoot people walking in.

If innos go into the t room, they are kosed because it says that its a traitorous act to go into a traitor room unless you are a detective. I really don't see why we need an "instant Inno killer" for every t room on the maps. Yes sometimes when I'm a traitor, my t buddy will spam the door and try to kill the innos waiting by the doorway like the room on 67thway, but its not that big of a problem. For karma bans, i wouldn't shoot the inno if he or she are proven from killing a t or from the tester. The only instance where i would kill the person in the t room is if they are using the things in the room and if they aren't already proven. Considering how rare or low chance of this happening on pretty much every map on the servers, I really don't consider this a huge problem like the DB issue. I really doubt someone will get karma banned from killing the inno in the t room if like the killer hasn't been rdming a lot lately prior to that killing. To sum this up, -1.
