From the pictures I saw on the website, this looks like it could be a good map. Could you possibly upload more pictures of it?
Pictures show very little of the map... You can download the map and copy the .bsp into your Garry's mod directory... Default directory is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps"... You can play on single player and if you type "ttt_debug_prevent_win 1" into console then the rounds will not end while you are looking around
