Why you should be unbanned:

Because I think what Mango did was completely uncalled for, I barely did anything and you just went off. You slayed me for two rounds because I hit you with a prop, then another guy with a prop. When tenic and I confronted you on your behavior you timed me out of the server, when I came back and said what you did was childish you muted and gagged me. You slayed me on a fun round and you were just an absolute doucher. Also, when I hit Super Unhappy face with the prop, he didn't care. He didn't make a report but yet you STILL SLAYED ME ON HIS BEHALF. And yet again, when tenic and I were talking to you about what you did wrong you claimed he was harassing me, taking matters into your own hands, and gagged him then threatened a ban.​

Damage can still be considered RDM. If you're damaging players with props, then you can be slain for it. Just a samll note. If you continue to RDM like that, then you usually end up getting in trouble like that.

@MangoTango will respond at his earliest convenience to deal with the issue. I will also tag his admin, @The Law in this as well with this issue.

 

He was actually globally banned by @Slicck for his second offense of harassment.

 

Yes i know that but when i hit super unhappy face, he didnt care. But Mangto seemed to take matters into his own hands

Hello Wookie,

I am glad that you took the time to make an appeal. Let's start from the beginning.

It is true that you were slain for two rounds from prop damaging myself and @Super Unhappy Face :( . As mods, we are not supposed to exercise discretion and you were slain for your two counts of RDM, one of which happened to be on a fun round, but unfortunately, I don't decide the rounds and it's the luck of the draw; I personally prefer slays on fun rounds, because they are faster. I tried to explain to you that players do not have to report you for it to be considered RDM; the only RDM we tend to excuse is when a player accidentally goomba stomps another and the person that is damaged doesn't want the stomper slain; this was not the case.You then messaged and harassed me in admin chat during one of your slays, which I regret that I didn't take a screenshot of(Most likely in the long list of chat logs), but then you continued the harassment on the mic and in regular chat. The first offense of harassment earned yourself a gag, followed by the kick for harassment once you committed your second offense. You then continued to harass me and @Tenic joined in on the harassment of me, not you, which is why he was gagged; he was eventually explained the situation by a third part person and seemed to have a better understanding of your history on this server. You have a long history of harassing staff, as well as RDMing and, as soon as you come on the server tonight, it's only one map change before you began to break the rules. After you left, I contacted @Slicck to notify him of the issue and requested a global based on your history of harassment. Slicck also explained that he would route your actions tonight up to @ComPeter.

I was following protocol and you even admitted that you didn't like the rules of the server. I tried to explain to you multiple times that you would have never been slain if you had only followed the rules. I told you that players come to the server for a good time and expect a rule abiding serious environment. When we have a person that breaks the rules and harasses the staff, it creates an environment that could risk losing members; it's the staff's responsibility to not let that happen. Your language in this appeal shows me that you are someone that really doesn't understand the concept of abiding by rules that are set in place

I will let ComPeter make the final decision, given your extensive history of rule breaking.

For the tenic situation you claimed that he was harassing me, then I asked you if someone can dictate the beliefs of someone by telling them who's harassing them and who isn't.

 

And you're right, I don't like some of the rules. The rdm and leave one in particular. When I "rdmed and left" I had no idea I rdmed. I had to leave, and I did. When I came back I was shocked to see I was banned for that ridiculous amount if time.

 

You have a pretty colorful ban history with proof to back it up. For that reason, I think you're lucky to get away with this 5 day ban; you will have to wait it out.
