i have video evidence that the room that i was jihading not only did it not have 3 traitors to begin with, but also that i was not the only one jihading.​

I can see where you mean u had no idea your t mates were with you, but still you do need to warn just incase.

Did you warn before jihading in the testing room?
If not, the ban is justifiable.

Even if those two "didn't care", it still counts as RDM.

 

That doesn't mean that you warned for it and you were responsible for killing 3 traitor buddies as a result. We talked about this and you kept on dragging the argument out in both the West 1 server and the shoutbox. I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I will have to deny your appeal as a result. You will be able to play on our other 4 servers while you wait for your 1 day ban to expire.

Your video evidence also doesn't show you warning (and you admitted to not warning) so that just means that you did RDM.

The mistakes of others got me banned. That is all i'm going to say.

 

The technicality of it is you ABSOLUTELY NEED TO warn before you jihad. I see were you're coming from no one was in the room. Saying something to the other traitors means you told them to stay away. If you don't warn stuff like that happens.

The ban is up to the moderator, it seems clearly accidental.

 

First of all i was explaining what happened in the whole mess in the room to those who were kill by accident. It was not me dragging out the argument. I continued in the shoutbox because its the only way i knew about getting a hold of you and the fact that you went against your word when you said that you would just slay me for 3 rounds and not ban due to the circumstances.

 

Regardless, you still need to take responsibility for what you did. You did not warn your teammates and so they did not know what was happening. Jihads make sounds yes, but it's difficult to avoid if you're close to the person and the explosive going off in 2 seconds. That's why you always warn in those kinds of situations.

 

I originally denied your appeal, but I am thinking otherwise at the moment. After I'm done with my workout, I will tell you what I think of your appeal.
