Why you should be unbanned:

I accidentally RDM'd two people and I accepted my punishment of 2 rounds of being slayed. I didn't want to sit through two rounds though so I started watching DR. Who on Netlfix while waiting. I was apparently idle and it kicked me over to another server and then I was banned for RDM and leave. I had no intention of leaving and I didn't even realize what happened until it was to late. I am sorry. Can I please be unbanned?​

Evidence of Innocence:

I really don't have any. I was watching TV like I said and was banned. There might be some witnesses but im not sure who.​

I did call a KOS on Yellow however as soon as I said it I called it back.

You mentioned in the report that I called a KOS, which I do not deny. I called it back due to my bind being right beside my talk key and yes I know it is rather stupid of me but you know what it is covenant.

It was a solid 5-8 seconds after I called it back, via Voice Chat and in the Chat Box, that you decided to shoot him anyway. Myself, Yellow and 3 others were standing on the stair case, non of them shot Yellow as soon as I said do not KOS him I accidentally pressed my bind, then typed that out in the chat box. I will wait for your reply before deciding what to do.

 

You really can't call back a kos once it's called.

My understanding is that they can be called off, but if the person didn't hear it and still kills the guy, it is a false kos and RDM on the koser. If the kos was known to be called off, then it is RDM for whoever killed them.

From my knowledge Mr.Event you may call back a KOS and I called it off immediately, I did not sit there for 30 seconds deciding on what to do.
Mr.Box I have the same understanding of KOSes as you do. However if Mr.Event decides to disagree with me there is nothing I can do for he is an Admin. Unless I eat his soul, but I digress.

 

Well that depends on whether he knew it was called off or not. It's possible. Plus his reason for "leaving" is plausible if he afk'd during his slays which many people do.

 

I agree with Kynwall. I think you should be able to call off a false KOS if you use the "quick call button" cause often people miss click it unless they continue to spam it. I am just a member and this is just my opinion.

 

I don't think he was AFK, the server doesnt kick people that sit in the Confirmed Dead slots. Now if he was in the Spectator slots and was AFK for a while that is understandable but when they are moved to another server to make room the server identifies this and notifies the lobby via Chat Box. It just said he left the server.

 

The issue @kynwall is if @DJ Nudist Spoon realized that the KOS was cancelled or not. So we will wait for his response on this.

 

@Thorn, going by his report it doesn't seem like it. I believe you should have been the one who was slain kynwall.

 

I didn't see the KOS was called of until immediatly after I shot him. I accepeted the slay because it was only one slay and there was no use fighting it.

 

Alrighty, so if ya didn't see the KOS called back then that's on me. I apologize for slaying you and afterwards banning for RDM&Leave. I will remove the ban ASAP and slay myself the next time I play.
