I was slain 3 times for false guilty of association. 3 slays is mass rdm right; and isn't guilty of association
If you are seen nearby someone who is committing a traitorous act and are not acting on that act by either issuing a kos or killing the person, you can be killed in turn? He also slaid me 3 times instead of 2, he also says some bs about what guilty of association is. The definition I just gave you in the second sentence was from an admin(Sir Lemoncakes). Twat and another player ElloCaptian were around inside at the top of a light house. They were both near eacho other and Twat killed an inno, ElloCaption didn't id the body or kill Twat, they both went together to the first floor of the light house. ElloCaption committed guilty by association. I kosed Twat and ElloCaption, twat for killing somebody and passing an unid, ElloCaption for not killing Twat and passing an un id. I was slain 3 times for it which is mass rdm but I was supposedly to be slain twice.

First of all I only slayed you for two rounds, proof right here.

Now for my lengthy rant.
Dear Mr.James
I would just like to say a few things about what you have mentioned above. First off you never said any of what you are saying above to me during your play-time on the server with me, nor did you mention any of that in the reports you replied to. The reports simply stated Guilt by Association he was standing next to a KOSed. Both of the responses were like this. Leading me to believe that just because person A was standing next to person B (the KOSed) that made you kill person A.
Direct quotes from our GBA rules/guidelines: "A player is not guilty by association just by being near a Traitor at some point during a round." as well as "A player is not considered guilty by association if they are with a player who is "KOSed" if the KOSed player isn't doing anything traitorous at the time. (It's hard to keep track of all the KOSes all the time.)". Now as I stated before, you did not mention, and I quote, "Twat and another player ElloCaptian were around inside at the top of a light house. Which then leads me to think that you are either lying about this whole ordeal or confused about what happened. Now I am not trying to insult you or be rude towards you and I am sorry if it came off like that, but please mention all that you can in the reports. Not mentioning details can lead to false slays. In this case I do not believe this to be a false slay at all, as I have mentioned before you only put in the report that it was GBA due to the fact that they were standing next to someone that was KOSed.

Secondly, I would like to see some evidence to support your claims, this would not only help you but also help me see the errors of my ways if there was indeed a false slay. Without and justifiable evidence or witnesses, I cannot accept what you claim to be truth. In the court of law one needs to be prepared to be pried for answers, and those answers need to have some sort of proof to uphold them. Without what I seek you will not get the justice you seek. In saying this I also have to provide evidence of what I claim to be truth, now admittinly I did not screen cap you responses for I did not think I would need to, however I did save the slays I gave you. In the end James, I feel that you deserved those slays for npt fully understanding GBA, and I do not blame you for not having a full grasp on it, they are not in the MOTD however I will link the GBA rules here.
