Reason For Report: killed on suspicion by JAckh45 claiming he saw me throw an incen

Evidence And/Or Witnesses: here is the video showing the event happening no one saw me throw anything as you can see @ComPeter at 0:02 people had their backs turn away from me then at 0:10 you can see JAchk45 if he was sure it was me he would have killed me on the spot but no he suspected it was me then shot later because he was as you can see... in doubt for all he knows another T could have thrown it and fell off the edge or teleported.

 

It appears that he saw you throw the incendiary and the delay was only to verify that it was you. Then he proceeded to kill you for committing a traitorous act.

If I was standing at his position, this is what I would think:

1. Two incendiary grenades were thrown from one side of the ramp (from your point of view: the ramp you are located at) = suspicion on you because you came from that direction
2. A third incendiary grenade was thrown and it came from you (the trajectory indicates it being thrown from your position) and it was thrown while I was walking toward your position
3. I go to your position as you walk past my previous position
4. I verify that there was no other player near you and now have enough evidence to kill you

It is like ComPeter stated...
I saw you throw the nade from the other side of the car, as I was watching you from behind the Cop car. I walked around the car and saw you rush passed me towards everyone. I waited to get closer behind you before I shot, as my gun has bad spray and with that many people around I would of been killed before fully making sure you went down. It wasn't because I was "thinking" about it...
You then called me a faggot and other remarks for killing you when indeed you got caught and had a little cry, because as you stated... I killed you before your Jihad went off...

 

Show the proof that backs up your story that you actually did this because what you say is just word of mouth for all we know you could be lying I provided evidence & Whoa whoa whoa I did not at all say the word faggot If you have evidence of me doing so show me. @ComPeter

 

1: you didn't not see me throw anything
2: you have no evidence to back up your story
3: you claim I said the word faggot with no evidence
4: I did not rush passed you I merely walked normal by you giving you enough time to kill me if you believed it was me

 

I explained what I saw. I was at the front of the car and was looking in your direction, I could see you and your name plate from the angle I was standing, you were seen near the side mirror of the car... Since the fire was still present, I had to walk around the other side of the car... you passed me on this travel as is present by your video, I turned around getting your name again, followed until I was close enough and shot you to kill.
I don't record my game play because I simply don't get so involved with the game that I feel like I need proof to back up actions I try and get away with...
As for the harassment you displayed towards me, If I wanted to pursue it, I would of filed a report against you, however I know some players can get a little to "excited" while playing and say things they don't mean too.

 

That's where your story is flawed you claimed you saw me but I was crouched behind high flame so in no way would you have been able to see me or know that I was crouched giving you the visibility of my name & you didn't kill me or called me out because you second guessed if it was me making it a suspicion. if you were sure it was me you would have killed me as soon as you saw me walking towards you. Not once have I harassed anyone on this server so that is false and if you feel that I have done so report me and show your evidence

 

Incorrect, even in you video the car side mirror present at all times, which is where I stated I saw your ID from and the actions of throwing the incendiary.
And again I explained why I didn't shoot on sight (You walked passed and I wasn't able to see your ID as you were moving passed me however once I turned and saw it again I moved in closer and shot you.)
I do not need to continue to explain to you that I saw you... and will now rest until a staff member requires more input from me. Goodnight.

 

The side mirrors are in fact not present when I threw the incen as they are being indulged in the flames as you can see in the video & like I said I did not rush passed you like you claimed I merely walked normal by you giving you enough time to kill me if you believed it was me and enough time to see my name in full.

 

This sounds like a word vs word situation.
