Reporting GristleMcThornBody for abusing his powers

Name of Staff/Player: Gristle McThornBody

Time of Occurrence: (Make sure you include your timezone) Maybe around 4pm EST? Not sure exactly

Reason For Report: (What did he/she do?) He banned me for something completely and utterly unproven and stupid. Then, when he denies it, he starts using an excuse that I was "mass rdm'ing," which I BEG of you to go through the logs because I killed ONE innocent player that was hitting me with a crowbar/stabbing me and would've killed me if I didn't retaliate.

Here is a screenshot of him saying that he's banning me for "hacking" my way back into the server (which I didn't, I was just unbanned when I tried reconnecting). He's banning me for reasons that are just completely false and then trying to lie by saying I was mass rdm'ing. I'd love to see him get punished and me un-banned, considering I did nothing wrong.

 

sorry gristle but bill seems like he should not have banned because he just explained to me what happened and i believe he should be unbanned.

I really like how you got your friend Slippery to lie for you on my ban appeal, A+ job there Mr. Moderator.

I was legitimately about to donate for myself and my sister and now I'm seriously questioning it at all considering I'm being banned for reasons that have not been proven ONCE. You've managed to surmise zero proof while I have a screenshot of you TELLING ME that I'm being banned for a reason that is completely false.

 

Calm down dude Gristle Is Awesome and he handles most bans of hackers/ghosters so he may have been wrong once its an honest mistake if it false.

 

It's inexcusable.

I just want to be un-banned so I can play on the East-Coast Server. I've explained my story to 2-3 mods and they all agreed that I was in the clear and I should not have been banned, but he had his friend Slippery lie for him and now I have to wait 2 more days.

This whole situation just cost the server $40 as I was about to donate for my sister and I, what a joke. I love the server and MOST of the mods but this is just ridiculous.

 

Gristle said he was gonna reban you since your ban wasn't over and you still got into the server. Myself is still investigating this situation.
