Reason For Report:

I was proven and RDM by TheWolf and he was not slain. A few rounds later Cupcake accused me of RDM'ing my T buddy with a prop and no evidence over mic chat. A few rounds after that I went to the bathroom after i died and when i came back only one min into the next round I was a T but was forced into spectator. About an hour later I was proven and shooting another player for walking over an unid'd but a low hp D got in the corssfire and died as well. The player was a traitor so I was double proven but inno's called KOS on me because the 1/100 hp D died in the crossfire and I was RDM and no one was slain. The next round I was a D and I watched a player kill another player with a pistol so I killed him and checked the bodies. It was an RDM case, they were both innos and the corpse confirmed that the first player died to the same pistol the second player was shooting with but I was immediately banned for two days without any warning/reason.

I know Pluto9 and OMGtin were playing when I was on but I'm not sure if they witnessed or not.

Yes I also saved a message but that is all i can do because I was not really "there" because I was afk most of the time. But i did save a message that you said. *DEAD* (TEAM) [MD] J Bönes: I was shooting somone for walking over an unid'd and the D was in the crossfire. I was proven so I should not have been killed. I tried to tell him what I knew but that was all I could do.

 

As far as the killing the detective in the crossfire, it would have just been unfortunate luck on your part. Say there was an inno that got DNA off the detective, then came and killed you, it would have been an unfortunate mistake; I would not slay that person for that. I've seen it happen a number of times when people witness someone accidentally kill an inno in crossfire and are killed; only to be found out as inno. As far as saying that you were proven, any T could say that, so it was only your word that the people who killed you were going off of. I know that after a few minutes of not moving you are automatically moved to spectator; it's just the play of the game. The reporting with evidence is usually never done over mic chat and almost always in private/admin chat; that way we get the full story with no interruptions like you do with the mic. Finally, the initial issue of the Wolf. Like I said earlier, unless you were somehow proven in a T tester, then it's only your word. It could have been a mistake by Wolf and you were either caught in the crossfire or he saw you shooting someone. I would have to hear that full story to decide what to do. I'm sure Cupcake Mayhem will respond shortly.

As with the spectator thing. He didnt do it. You were automatically put into Spec.

 

TheWolf did not RDM you, you killed a detective and an innocent he had every right to kill you ascot your mass rdming, you rdmed multiple people not just that round but also previous rounds. Me Pluto and Griste were deciding what to do I could have banned you for five days but I gave you four days grace. I do not know why you thought I put you into spectate there were 2 other people that could have done it as well as the system doing it by itself.

Actually if I had forced you into spectate it would have said I did above where it says you were moved into spectate something like "Cupcake Mayhem has forced Jbönes into spectate."

 

Please prove that I was "Mass RDM'ing". You did not slay me at all, you did not warn me? I had enough evidence to kill those player, walking over unid'd, killing another inno, ect but all you did was look at the chat for some immature player saying "RDMRDMRDM" and immediately banned me. You did not review the case or ask me even ONCE why I killed those players. I killed an inno who RDM another inno yet I get banned. Did that player who actually RDM get slayed? You're not fit to be an admin and I'm glad that because of you I wasn't able to be a mod. Let me tell you this, I now know how to save damage logs and I'm going to start recording all of my game so next time I have more than enough proof to save my ass from a bullshit ban.

 

I did ask you multiple times I don't know if you were afk or something but you did not respond. And I am sure Pluto and gristle asked you as well.

 

I happened to be here for this mass rdming spree of J Bones. I can 100% confirm that he mass rdmd then filed a false rdm report when killed for it. Cupcake banned you and if he didnt i would have. Please do not continue this thead, for it is a waste of time.

 

Yeah no worries, just got a 1TB HDD and I'm going to record all my games. Killing players who walk over unid's and who kill other innos is not RDM.
