Why you should be unbanned:

I just got banned GLOBALLY by Krys under the reason of ghosting with someone named "Smurf."

I know the player they are talking you about, "Smurftyours" but the only way that I know him is from playing with him. I don't know him at all outside of the game. I don't know what speculation there is about me ghosting with him, but I don't know him and have never talked to him.

I certainly feel it's unfair to be banned for something I'm not doing, not to mention a MONTH for it. I think the admins and mods are a bit too fast on the trigger to assume the worst and end up making mistakes like this.​

Is that why you two were watching each other RDM players and kill innocents and doing nothing about it? You later lied to staff saying someone else must have pushed me and Smurft lied for you.

Yeah I would deny this appeal fast if I were Krys. This was very obvious and it was ridiculous at how you lied. I am truly appalled that you would do this. You stood in the minecraft nether with smurf, pushing people into the lava with minecarts, lying to the staff members, and giggling with your little buddy smurf.

@MangoTango brought it to staff attention that you two were possibly ghosting. You 100 Sexy pushed him into the lava with a minecraft the first time, but I did not witness that. Later that round you and Smurf both camped in the Nether and one of you shot the first person to come through the portal without hesitation.

After you and Smurf served a round of slays, the very next round you and Smurf again went back into the Nether, this time Smurf had the mine cart. He pushed Mango into the lava and thats when I hit record. Mango died but I did catch Smurf pushing DemonicSociety into the lava, as an Inno. You stood there and watched him do the whole thing. You didn't call Smurf out for traitorous acts, and even after he failed to jump back and burned himself, you didn't ID any of the bodies immediately.



CDriscoll was a witness as well to all of this.

 

I'm sorry but I'm really not seeing how this has anything to with ghosting. I'm not seeing concrete proof of my so called ghosting. It looks like you're just speculating on the way I'm acting and just assuming I'm ghosting, which, you know, I'm not. For a server that is so adamant on serious rules like not killing on suspicion, I feel like the bans should work that way too. I'm sorry you're suspecting me of ghosting, but just because of the things I did and didn't do doesn't mean I'm ghosting. You're jumping to conclusions and banning me for a month based on really nothing solid.

 

How do we know that you aren't lying about this like you did about the RDM? You seem to demand proof for things that you lie about.

 

Well it seems a bit backwards to ban for things you don't have proof for, doesn't it? I'm not trying to play the smart-ass but like I said, if you're going to ban someone for a month just based on suspicion, you're going to end up with a lot of issues down the line from upset people.

 

Well if you can show/allow me how to hack/remote desktop your computer in order to remotely check if you're on a skype/VOIP call with someone while you're playing on our servers, then I don't think any proof we provide will satisfy you.

FWIW you and Smurf were directly trolling by killing people in lava despite if you two were Ts or not.

 

To add onto what Krys said, you would watch your friend kill someone, RDMing them, and do nothing about it.

 

And lie about it.

You two are friends on steam; the staff can check what players have friends on the server at the same time with a simple command.

 

I would love to see him magically being on my friends list because it would be miracle him popping up there with me not knowing him.

Even if you were telling the truth, this is just like the boy who cried wolf. You lied about RDM. You lied about being friends. You lied about pushing. You lied about everything. You need to be more honest because nobody will believe you if you aren't.
