Reason For Report: (What did he/she do?) He gagged me and immediatly banned me for 8 hours because I said catwoman looked ugly. No warning just instant ban.

Evidence And/Or Witnesses: (Screenshots/Video Recordings/Players That Witnessed The Event; See Here) Was literally only on the server for 15 seconds, then I got banned.

Now he infact states that I said "Nigger" (Which I did not) and allegedly told a female player to "Shut up you ugly hoe."

The only thing that I clearly stated and said was: "Catwoman you ugly." Wether it be that popstar may have an adolescent "Crush" on this female player or whatever the reason may be, you should not reconstruct a new entirely different based scenario to say a player has said inappropriate racist remarks to shine yourself in a holy-light. It is clearly unprofessional as you stated and I hope it is not tolerated by this community. Also please let another Administrator reply to this instead of dealing with it by yourself locking it and moving on because you spread lies.

 

Why would you make a second report when the first one was already resolved? That is ridiculous and uncalled for.

My admin, @POPSTAR, will respond at his earliest convenience to conclude this once and for all.

Also, please refrain from making multiple reports on a player or staff.

 

We'll rhis seems to have been resolved in your previous attempt at making a claim of abuse against @POPSTAR. We have no reason to doubt his statement Bout u saying offensive words at other players. Will leave this open so if u or him have anything to Add to this claim.

 

Because he is Administration? And Administration never abuses? That's complete blasphemy.

 

Popstar asked me to provide my side of the story, MLBBear AKA Zeus was on the server AFK for a rather lengthy period. He came back and said something along the lines of Hey Niggers and than when a female player(bobasawr) spoke he said told her to Shut up ugly hoe. (Something along those lines) he was quickly gagged and banned.

 

No, because I have no reason to lie. I gain nothing from punishing you. What do you think I have against you to pursue absolute defense against you?

 

Yeah well most administraion I see is power-hungry and they do gain enjoyment from the banning of others, no matter their disposition. Regardless please do bring all of your friends to back your side of the story up. It is indifferent to what actually happened and I'm sure the outcome will be the same regardless.

 

I do recall player Zeus being an annoying player and I did feel harassed by his vulgar comments. I do not appreciate being called a hoe just because I am a female player. I did witness Zeus getting gagged and he did deserve to be punished. POP STAR gave you a ban most likely for multiple offenses of harassment. I don't know what he's crying about if !motd says a ban is 24 hours for the 3rd time; his punishment was reduced by POP STAR's mercy and he should feel grateful it wasn't a full day. lol.

 

The outcome of this will not be different if MLBear cannot provide some kind of evidence.

However, I don't blame MLBear for creating a second report. Staff shouldn't be so hastily to lock reports if they have not provided any evidence or there has been no witness testimony for either side.

Finally, there has been a witness testimony against MLBear for harassment and unless MLBear can provide evidence for his side, this report will be deemed invalid.

 

The only evidence I may presume, as I stated before because I was banned within 30 seconds on the server is within this girl's own testimony. "I did witness Zeus getting gagged and he did deserve to be punished. POP STAR gave you a ban most likely for multiple offenses of harassment" Here she states that POP STAR gave me a ban "MOST LIKELY" for multiple offenses of harassment. While Earlier she states "I do recall player Zeus being an annoying player and I did feel harassed by his vulgar comments." Which in turn states she did not see the ENTIRE situation, because if she did, she would clearly know if I did or did not perform multiple offenses of harassment (In which I did NOT). But as she is biased on her own testimony we can clearly conclude she is just "Siding" with POPSTAR. Now I will admin that I did say "Catwoman you ugly!" Did I know this was a female player? No. How would I have any idea you were a girl? You simply do not announce it, so I had no reason to be sexist and allegedly call you "an ugly hoe."

This is my favorite part, because not only does it state that you do not know the rules of the MOTD but it also shows that you received enjoyment out of another player getting wrongfully banned in which terms you are an accomplice to. Which is in fact an 8 hour ban, not 24. "3rd time" I only spoke once, In which I said "Catwoman you ugly."

In term, the only thing I am asking is that we have better Administration because ours lack the proper adjudication and Justification which in term allows themselves to abuse as they please when they please. I am also doubtful anything will come of this.

He used his admin discretion to give you a shorter ban, not a longer ban. I am not sure I see a problem with that.

 

Per the server rules, MLBear should have been warned, kicked, and banned for 24 hours.

The female player states she did not see the entire thing waning that she did not see anything other than the harassment by MLBear and gags issued by POPSTAR.

However, punishments are subject to chain at an aims discretion and POPSTAR has two testimonies in his favor and one is someone that doesn't sound like they were involved. It sounds like whoever is against MLBear is "biased" according to him.

If I were a fellow admin I would deem this report invalid unless MLBear can provide any real evidence.

As MOTD stated. I do not see how he "shortened" The length. He clearly only followed the 3rd warning punishment and that was it.

Other than my Testimony I have no hard evidence, as I said before I was only on the server for about forty seconds.

 

Harassment

• 1st time - Warning
• 2nd time - Kick
• 3rd time - Ban 24 hours
• 4th time - Ban 5 days

You were banned for harassment for 8 hours.

 

It's not as if he banned you for no reason using his admin discretion. He still followed proper protocol and still warned you about it. Just because he used Admin discretion does NOT mean that he abused his powers.

 

He did not warn me, that is what I am furious about.

 

POPSTAR said that he gagged you. That is considered your warning.

 

MLBBear, you have been in this community long enough to know the rules. POPSTAR did not follow the set protocol because you should have known better. A warning is ideal for a new player who do not know our rules well. You are a veteran player, so he gagged without warning and banned you after a second offence of harrasment.

Administrators have the experience to properly judge when the length of a punishment should be changed. They are experienced enough to make the proper decision on changing the duration of a punishment depending on its' severity.

A veteran player breaking our server rules may receive harsher punishments than set in the MOTD. You should be thankful that he was lenient and banned you for a third of the normal time.

The claims of administrative abuse by @POPSTAR has been found False.
Therefore I have found this report against POPSTAR to be Invalid.
