Andy(MOD) rdmed me on t round

I bought traitor and right when round starts he kills me and he was a traitor too i then ask him to refund my 600 points and he replys "i dont have too and i wont"

Alright, so here is what happened. We were near the elevator on the White House map. Andy and I have been hunting each other for about 4 rounds now but we were both ts. Finally, I am a detective. Andy shoots towards me but I dismiss it as t-baiting. Then I realize he is actually trying to kill me so I begin shooting at him. There were a lot of people in-between us, but as fate would have it, he accidentally hits his team mate. A few seconds later we kill Andy. I see Andy slay himself, which was incorrect due to it being crossfire. The map changes and we are in 67th way, where he shows me what the player had said to him, and he explains his side of things. It was accidental crossfire so I removed the slay. We, as staff and including other players, are not forced to pay our t-buddies their bought traitorous rounds. Some people do it, others do not, but my main point is Andy doesn't have to. If you didn't display so much hostility and anger towards him he probably would've considered giving you the points, just as a thought. I am very sorry for the incident and I hope you reconsider this post.

 

If either @Andy or @tollybear can provide a screenshot of the damagelogs from that time, it would probably help resolve this faster.

As for refunds, Andy and Tolly are both correct, we do not have a policy of refunding Ts their lost T rounds due to anything, even if it's a map glitch and you spawned off the map and immediately died. In fact, as mods, we do not have this power at all, and would have to pay you from our own point banks, which is purely a personal choice. If you were rude to the staff, chances are they aren't going to feel generous and give you their own points.

Since we have 2 mods saying that it was crossfire, and the contention was over the refund in the first place, this report is considered invalid, and locked.
