Why you should be unbanned:

Got gagged once. No biggie. I stayed quiet after that. Then 5 minutes later people start to curse on the server (I said nothing) and I got banned for mic spam. Dunno if it had anything to do with it thou. But I was pretty much quiet. Pro mods. 10/10.​

I don't have evidence of me NOT MIC SPAMMING...

I know this appeal won't probably be handled in the 8 hours I'm banned. But I still think it's kinda bs that I get 8 hours ban for nothing. Especially when I'm pretty muc​

https://streamable.com/diou6i This is the evidence I have. After I gagged you I was informed that you were on your ban for mic spam by Reda and Plogi. It took me a few minutes to ban you and that is why it took five minutes.

 

Um.. no. I got gagged (single gag, no round gag) for that thing in the video. I had no "ban for mic spam" previous before that. I played a game with Pierogi/Reda like 6-8 (?) hours previous and got gagged. If that's the reason I got insta banned then there's alot of players who should be banned since they have got round gagged before.

 

That was not during the same game thou. I don't remember what I did previous, just that I got gagged and round gagged by Pierogi and Reda. In a game 6-8 hours before. I don't know how long you can hold a warning against someone, but if it's for that long then I'm looking forward to see more instabans

And I believe Reda round gagged me for having a broken mic. I fixed it afterwards since I was not aware of it. But none the less it was 6-8 hours before.

 

Ok so Sorry for the delay on this appeal So this ban will not be voided given the evidence. Given that Reda gave you a gag and a rgag the map before this ban happen, and that the ban has expired, This appeal will be denied, and the ban wont be voided.

And again i want to say I'm sorry for the delay for both the appeal and the ban and i hope you understand im still learning many things with staffing none the less i hope to see you back on again.
