Why you should be unbanned:

I should be unbanned because I got tired of dealing with Darth Wests Abuse in an earlier round and then he banned me about 3 rounds after leaving when he would slay me for pushing people with a prop. It says NOWHERE in the rules I cant push people with a prop and it didn't kill the guy either. I reported Darth West on the Staff Abuse page for killing me in a round himself then slaying me in the next.​

This is a screenshot of the server motd, which you see as a loading screen, as soon as you join the game, and can also be viewed at any time by typing !motd in game. You can also refer to http://www.seriousttt.com/threads/prop-rules.2974/ for further clarification on prop damage.

By playing on the server you are saying that you have read and understood the rules and that you understand you will be punished for breaking these rules. Whether you actually do this is no one else's concern as you will still be punished for violating the outlined rules. Prop damage includes pushing people off with props. You clearly violated a rule by pushing someone off with a prop and damaging them. You've also stated that you left intentionally after this, making it RDM and Leave.

I was not present so we'll wait for @Darth West to respond before proceeding.

 

I was looking under General Rules which is usually what I read. Sorry for not reading the clarification part of the rules but this happened to me too when a different mod was on and they didn't even get slain for it.

 

Prop damage is very erratic in the logs and sometimes will show, while at other times it may not. It's possible that when it happened to you, it may not have shown up in the logs, in which the moderator could not have slain the person because it is a words v.s. words situation. In this case, chances are that it did show up in the logs.

Well it did not show up in the logs but I witnessed it first hand and followed him for about 2 minutes when he prop pushed a man and he took damage. So then i killed him and upon finding that he was innocent. I prepared to slay him and then after the slay was still in affect he left. Then i banned him for RDM & Leave
