Why you should be unbanned:

So I guess, for me and only me, that once I reach like 10 gags I'm banned, at first I understood staff doing what they need to do, but this ban seems like I'm straight being targeted now. I joked about in the past but it seriously seems like half the staff out have a vendetta against me. They will sit in a server and let anyone do whatever they want to watch and wait for me to a be a decibel to loud so they can gag me, I know sometimes they can't gag everyone and are trying their best to maintain everyone but its bullshit. I have probably been quieter then a lot of consistent players recently literally just so I could avoid this shit. But apparently I'm just not aloud to, speak or participate in other conversations. I love being a player of this server but this is straight up bullshit that I have had to deal with and joke about for too long. If staff are going to gag, gag everyone spamming, don't set standards for specific people, and be equal with punishment. But that won't happen, I dont have anymore shit to complain about, im done​

Hi hi, I am so sorry for the delay here, horrible sleep schedule and many of other things has delayed this. I have seen this and am gathering the evidence now.

 

I'm just gonna be blunt here and say you have seen this process several times before.

First off a player by the name of "person" screams into the mic which I gag for and you think is a bright idea to follow after him and proceed to do the same thing which I then gag you for as well as seen.

You get ungagged and then you decide to continue being loud, im very lenient especially if its adding to the servers fun. I still noted it in the case of it getting to far. You were screaming like you were the Arnold, doing the "oh my god wow" meme, idk what the hell you were doing here but ya did it loud, and randomly some how you became a drug dealer which I type out to gag you but then go against it cause I was messaging admins like mentioned above on what to do with you since you have an extensive mic ban history.

But then the final straw for me is the fact of you loudly randomly start singing christmas music, like dude its almost May. If you had match the song that was playing at the time maybe I would have let it slide but it was enough and had received word to let admins know about when you got rgagged.

You were tame after your rgag, as a matter of fact I didn't have a single problem with you for the rest of my session that I was on. But the fact that you stopped after the rgag and have done it several times is why I even seeked further punishment/instruction on what to do with your history.

I will be honest I have seen people who had quite the history of mic spamming turn a new leaf and I wanna see if this can happen with you in the same case. Why should we unban you? I am curious as to why you think an unban would be right here with your history that is behind you.
