So. I Warned J3k not to go somewhere since I threw incens there. J3k reported me, then asked where'd I warn him. I said in voice, and at least 3 other people confirmed I warned him. Night hops on and Slays me anyways. If imma get slain for this type of shit even after warning, I demand my donation money back and you can ban me if you wish. This is not acceptable in the fucking slightest. Either get this fucking shit dealt with or give me back my damn money.​

If no refund then I want this dealt with. One way or another it ain't right. I already got a bad view on night since the first time I joined it seemed he was doing a lot of abuse of power. Blinding people and shit then killing them when he was T. Not a great first impression in the slightest.

 

I forgot the map. But its the one where people jumped on the edge of a gate to get on a roof you normally can't access. Night was there then my vision and Meat's vision got extremely blurry and was waving everywhere. No health was being taken during that in case it was teargas. Then Night shot both of us and killed us.

This again was back on the first night I played on the server.

It's time to get juicy or something.

Before I begin, I would just like to say that I do not abuse this "Blind" command that you are talking about, it does exist however Moderators do not have access to it, and even if we did why would I risk my position just because I wanna win a single round. Teargas is a Traitor weapon, there are 2 levels for the upgrade in the pointshop, I have both of the upgrades. Also letting you know that the server has a No Refund Policy, and refunding the purchase of your rank would get you permabanned so I would highly recommend you to not refund your rank.


So let's begin at the start, on the 5th round of 67thway V14, you were reported by j3kawesome for the reason of throwing an Incendiary Grenade into the Barnhouse teleport hole which ended up killing j3k.

Spoiler: The Report

So what can we determine from this?
At 10 seconds you threw the Incendiary grenade into the hole out of sight from j3k coming from his perspective from this incident at https://streamable.com/dykmfl. Considering you were out of sight, j3k would have never known that you had thrown the incendiary into the hole. However, in your response, we can see that you had "warned" j3k. Looking back at his perspective, this "warning" that you gave was simply the word "Don't." Now let's look at the guidelines for Warning players and teammates.

• Did you warn j3k if you were about to use an item/trap that could damage him? No, you had thrown the grenade before he had even entered the room and never warned in chat or in voice chat when you were going to throw the grenade.
• Did you give a precise location and gave j3k enough time to get out of the area? No, saying just the word "Don't" does not give a precise location as to where you had thrown your grenade, and did not give j3k enough time to realize that you were going to throw the grenade into the hole.
• Did you give at least five seconds for j3k to react to what you were about to do? No, you didn't say anything in chat or invoice.

Going from these guidelines, you had failed to do three of the six (The rest of them are mostly for traitors) guidelines to give a sufficient warning for j3k.

It is also important to note that YoAmTrash and DoubleCaret pretty much memed you into including them into this report, as both of them had basically jokingly said that they heard the warning. You might've said the warning out loud, but returning back to the perspective on j3k, you most likely cut off what you were saying which lead to you only saying "Don't" for the rest of the players on the server at the time.

So basically to conclude everything, you had failed to correctly warn j3k for your incendiary grenade, leading to your slay.
