Why you should be unbanned:

I got banned for micspam even though I sang a short intro from "Hooked on a Feeling" and nobody was complaining. It was the start of a new map and people had joined me in doing so. I was not being disruptive or obnoxious, yet I was punished just because Lightning was annoyed. This wasn't the only reprimand I was handed by Lightning due to his bias, everybody was joking around with each other and generally following the rules but certain things he found annoying he warned people for even though they didn't violate any rules.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I understand hours in a server itself don't prove any innocence of wrongdoing, but I don't have a history with TTT West or East except an accidental ban from Jayrizzo ages ago, when she had mistook me for another member when she was banning a group. ​

 

I just don't understand why I was punished so severely with an eight hour ban rather than a kick, really. He was being irritable with a lot of people. Some of those people genuinely were breaking rules but other times he scolded players for doing things HE PERSONALLY found annoying, but not rulebreaking.

 

I guess I'll just wait for his response, though.

 

Absolutely fair if that's in classification, but I just think the punishment doled was a little over the top. I never did get gagged for a round, just gagged for a moment, then, next thing I know, banned after the start of a map. The other warning was me being a little loud, but my mic picks up my voice really harshly, so I didn't think I was being as loud as I was told.

As can clearly be shown above, you were indeed gagged, round-gagged, then banned for micspamming.

In addition, you were gagged once before the events shown in the video above.

Finally, there was a very clear reaction by other players to your round-gag, which makes it very unlikely in my opinion that you were not aware that you were round-gagged.

Because of these points, I will be denying this appeal
