Reason For Report:

My phone goes off for literally 1.2 seconds, I was making a phone call and I dont have push to talk on. He INSTANTLY officially warns me. So i say "why did you instantly warn me and not even ask that's some pussy shit" (which isn't nice of course but Then he gags me for a round for " raging " when all I did was ask why he would do that and comment about it using my mic WITHOUT yelling or actually "raging". I wasnt like " OMG WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU BLAH BLAH BLAH " all the rest of what I was typed.

Idk if this guy is new or something but that type of agressive unneccesary moderating is not welcoming. There was a player spamming the travis scott sound 3-4 times and he was never gagged. But my phone goes off and he warns me then when I call him out he gags me like 2 times.

Basically my phone accidently going off when I didn't mean to isn't me MIC SPAMMING. And me telling him that he shouldn't have done that isn't mic spamming either. I was asking him because he wouldn't respond in text chat as to why he warned and gagged me. Most importantly is the GAG not the warning. I was never mic spamming afterwards when I called him out. Now he's going to randomly ban me for the first occassion when I talk a little bit to loud of try to have fun with people. I need this guy to stop harrassing me and let me play the damn game

 

After reading the chat. He claims he gagged me for :
Scooter From Borderlands to You: first i warned you for playing sounds into mic next i raged you for screaming into mic

Now you would think that he gagged me for going " AHHHHHHHH " into the mic right? Or yelling and talking shit REALLY LOUDLY, something mingy or obviously mic spamming. But i never did that, and I don't know what I said that could've possibly resembled that. Maybe my mic setting is up to high or something? Regardless that is clearly false, I would like him to prove I did that or remove any signs of me being gagged ( if you want to keep the warm for my phone going off for literally i'm not exaggerating 1.2 seconds that's fine)

there needs to be accountabillity for stuff like this, not just looking for a small unreasonable excuse to ban me or something, of course I am upset with the approach he took treating me like a troll or something.

I dont have doubt that you recorded it. I have doubt that it constitutes "MIC SPAM" or that it was even my intent for the subsequent gag

 

Regardless of the outcome of this. Take a second guess before you instantly warn someone, or atleast ask me. Because that really pissed me off, but I don't hold grudges. I just want to be able to play the game and talk without fear of getting randomly gagged or banned


And to whoever reviews the footage. I know what I said. The only questions is wether is constitutes "MIC SPAM" and what if it matters, my intent.

I would like opinions from diffrent admins, don't just view me as a troll or be biased and want to look for a minor exuse to say it is

As of why I r-gagged you the second one was for screaming into the mic

• 1st offense - Gag/mute and a warning
• 2nd offense - Gag/mute for a-round
• 3rd offense - 8-hour ban

 

I would like a second opinion as to wether my mic accidentally playing a ringing noise for *actual lenght of time* 1.2 seconds constitutes as mic spam. Just relax before we go straight to warning,muting next time, you're still human you don't need to have a robot response.

What I know for sure is I never,and I clarify, I never, screamed into the mic. Idk if you heard someone else or something but randomly screaming into the mic is not something I did. Do you rememember what I said or was it just a complete scream?

Ahhh there we go. See that wasn't me. But yeah that was my phone going off for a second not an audiofile. If you hear that again from me it's most likely me making a call. I lowered my mic threshold. The scream definetly wasn't me. I was thinking you muted me for raging or talking to loud.

if he says he wasn't sure, don't scold him. What you should do instead is take a look at my 5 day ban appeal for planting a c4 in a game called c4 roullete. They denied that because i had a "history" of stuff like even tho my most recent bans were rdms from 4-5 years ago. 5 days seems excessive for a game where all participants were part of it. Idk how to message an admin about that because I got that from a MOD and not an higher up admin.

 

Ah, just realized I only have a recording of the first bit (the phone noise). Not very useful, but if @Voca or @Scooter wants it, let me know. (it's only like 2 seconds but it was very obnoxious; seems like @peniled did it on purpose)

 

Bro I can't have my mic trigger by accident for 2 seconds before getting accused of mic spam.
