Reason For Report:

Smrinoff was throwing props, damaged another player, and almost hit me with a prop but when i shot at him for performing a traitorous act he kosed me in chat which resulted in my death. Before i could place a report he left knowing that no mods were on.​

You shot them, so they KOSd you. This is not RDM regardless of the reason why you shot.

They insulted you twice. This could be considered harassment, but not enough to do anything except warn them.

for this immediate incident thats what i was able to gather and i should have put more context into what happened exactly. Firstly i warned smirnoff that if he threw a prop in my direction and or hurt me with it i would kill him so he placed the kos in chat and i killed him right after when people were already shooting at me.

 

And as far as harassment he's had a long history in the server, in fact theres 2 resolved threads that demonstrate it.

 

Do you have any evidence that this KOS happened before you committed any T acts?

Okay, I've put a note on their account for the insults and I will close this report due to the lack of evidence for the single count of RDM.
