I was actually pointing out the rather comical idea that any person has all the answers when it comes to what ought to be done about the staff team. Being that I have seen what usually comes out of these approval polls, I actually am rather familiar with the "big dick" mentality of people who have never been, nor never plan to be, staff members. Talking mad game about how the staff team is shit and that they could do it better.

But I wouldn't expect a child to get that.
