Also forgot about Hunt for Red October. Honestly that's my FAVORITE movie. I love the previously listed ones but Red October just blows all the others away with its story and music.
I've always wanted to remake some great movies with a fresh coat of paint on them. Red October is one of those movies, altho i'd overhall the shit outa the movie tbh, wouldn't be nearly the same. As much as I like Hunt for the Red October, I think Tom Clancy is full of himself sometimes with the Jack Ryan storylines and it needs to be flipped on it's head Paul Verhoeven style.
