Targetted harrassment at me and freddy + instigating drama + deaththreats​

Hi, r3d has been going after me and freddy! for about 2 days now for no other reason other than that we play deathrun better than him. I dont really need evidence as you can check chat logs on discord to show that he was nothing but trouble.

At like 22:20 or before he attempts to call out my god friend freddy! for cheating even tho all his evidence had been proven invalid

Suh dude, I'll be handling le report, what time did this occur in sb? If you can get it in EST, 24hr or 12hr, doesn't matter. If you could also provide some more evidence to look at as well.

I was not targetting or harassing you, and I was not targetting or harassing Freddy! He is the one who told me to kill myself (I absolutely love how you left that out of the report). I thought we were friends, I was only suspicious of Freddy because he's not legit. There is proof of him using bugs and exploits to beat maps faster and survive. The report was marked invalid because Freddy didn't say enough, and the report was about HARASSMENT, NOT HACKING. I'm actually surprised you think that me saying I would turn into STALIN and HITLER was real, it was just a joke from what Cowcakes said because Cowcakes was constantly comparing me to Hitler and Stalin. Was that a real death threat? No, and you know it too. This is an invalid report, and you are doing this solely to get on my nerves.

 

Aight lemme go thru everything wrong with this thread. You posted images in shoutbox of Freddy "hacking" even though they've already been proven possible. You try and target us whenever we just play the game for fun, and the Freddy telling you to kys was already handled in game. You were the one that told me 'Melodica you better shut that mouth otherwise I'll turn into a stalin hitler duo and come kill you and millions of other people' which I take very seriously because you live close enough too me. Cowcakes said something about you not having fun and I said 'no fun allowed on these servers fellers'. Also lmao you say he 'exploits' but you don't have any proof of it as all of his records are legit.

 

Okay so, I've looked over everything twice here, and I've come to a conclusion.

R3D, what you said in shoutbox wasn't needed. You called out someone in shoutbox for being a "hacker" and put some gifs in shoutbox. Wasn't really needed bro, you talked to the staff on DR at the time, and they didn't feel it was hacking. You really didn't need to bring it into sb, you could have just PM'd Nathan for an opinion.
Second off, you were rude towards other players, like telling angie to stfu when he was asking for a bhop server, like dude don't do that.
Third; the "joke", you are having an argument with Melodica and Fred, so how are we to look at that death threat as a joke? I mean are you gonna act on it? Idfk, but was it needed? No. You're threatening to murder a 12 yr old and committing mass genocide. If you were joking with a friend, it'd not be a severe issue. Not something you should say while in an argument, that's more aggression than anything else.

As for the KYS part, it was handled in game by a mod.

I talked to a couple staff members, and due to this not being the first time we've had to deal with this, the death threat joke was very unnecessary and SGM doesn't take to that well. Take the time to chill a bit, don't get heated over things that the staff can handle.
