Time of Occurrence: Mid afternoon (California)

Reason For Report: Banned me for "attempted RDM while mod was not present."He said that I was saying I was going to RDM when MODS were not present. And he also said that goes under actual RDM

TheWolf I gave you a five day ban for Attempted Rdm & Leave. I had just joined the server when @doublerainbow was in front of you and you said "RAINBOW IM GOING TO KILL YOU IF YOU DONT STOP FOLLOWING ME, oh wait there's 2 mods on." I talked to my admin about this and we came to a conclusion to ban you with attempted rdm with no staff on. @doublerainbow also said that the map before, you killed him when there was no staff on.

Another reason why we banned you was because of this.

 

You did indeed RDM with no staff on. Not attempted. That was my mistake because of the way Solid Diamondz explained it and I could not remember correctly at the time he told me. But at the time looking back at the logs, this shows you RDMing damgatito. damgatito explained the situation to Solid Diamondz that you RDMed him.

Attempted RDM does go under RDM; meaning if a player is damaged by the player for unnecessary reasons then the person damaging them can be slain. Which goes under RDM.
