I squat 210 pounds (ca. 95 kg) and bench 125 pounds (ca. 57 kg). Yes thats low, but considering my size, I surprised most people.
5'8 and 143 pounds (ca. 65 kg). 143 pounds aint bad but I'm skinny and I got skinny arms and legs. I think my chest bulks up my weight because I aint flatchested like most skinny people
6'1" 180 lbs Just before quarantine, I hit 220 on the bench press. Squat I stopped at 260 I haven't been to the gym since late March and probably can't bench shit anymore.

Oof I am bad, I was about to break my PR for 100 Freestyle but then instead I broke my ankle. Then swim season ended, I was going for ~58 seconds which would be the best for my age at the team, but still bad compared to others.

Bench: 190 lbs Squat: 260 lbs Deadlift: 290 lbs to put that into some context, I weigh around 160 lbs and am 5'9" Also Indy, I find it hard to believe that you raid a 3.5 40 considering that Bo Jackson ran the fastest ever (alleged) 40 time at a 4.12. Your gym teacher must have timed you incorrectly.
