Carned False Slay

So i was innocent in a round of TTT and was false kosed.
Since i was kosed i know i can shoot on sight because i know everyone i see will try and kill me.
So i killed someone knowing they would kill me if i didn't kill them.
Then i was killed by a traitor.
Carned then slays me for rdm,
when i was kosed.
I've had conversations with mods AND admins if its aloud to kill anyone i see if i'm kosed,
they have said its fine because i know that anyone that sees me is going to try to kill me, t or not.
If i'm false kosed i'm going to protect myself.
And that doesn't deserve a slay.

Gunnerz, as Carned and I have explained to you multiple times, just because you have a KOS on you does not entitle you to shoot anyone you see. That allows you to kill the person who put the KOS on you and that is all. If someone shoots at you THEN you can shoot them but until then what you did was RDM.

Okay Gunerz you were false KOS'd Yes,

However you cannot shoot someone unless they shoot you first.
The only person you would be allowed to shoot first is the person whom KOS'd you.

I will tag @Sir Lemoncakes because i had never experienced someone who decided to kill everyone no matter what after being KOS'd so i asked for his judgement even though i was 100% sure you couldn't just shoot anyone you see which you decided to do.

Hence your slay.

 

If you have a KOS placed on you, you are not entitled to kill anyone other than the person who called the KOS on you or if someone shoots you first. If you don't have either of those factors, then you can't kill without getting slain.

Catman and Carned are correct in this regard. I'm also curious about your statement: "I've had conversations with mods AND admins if its aloud to kill anyone i see if i'm kosed,". Who was/were the staff members involved in those conversations of yours? Because they are incorrect in this regard.

 

Gunnerz, if you are false kosed, you can ONLY shoot players who either call or repeat the kos on you, or actively shoot you first. Being KOSed is NOT a free ticket to mass RDM whoever you see.

Your attitude in both the report, and the frivolous poll, and in game as observed by me shows you have a very strong disrespect for the staff and a lacking understanding of the rules.

Please try to correct your behavior in the future.

If you are false KoS'd you may protect yourself, that is correct. Hence why you are allowed to kill anyone who attempts to kill you.

Shooting everyone you see is not protecting yourself, it is simply shooting everyone you see because you feel threatened. You cannot assume that everyone you see will try to kill you, especially if they make no move to hurt you.

 

Don't you dare include me in your absurd lies. If you have any proof to back your claim whatsoever, please enlighten me.

It has been stated in this thread many times.

You do not know everyone will try to kill you.
Why? Many are aware of false KOSes and may hesitate to follow it.

You killed someone because you knew they were going to kill you. Yet they did not, so this report has been found false.

Carned did not issue a false slay.
