Answered Is this kosable?

So early today at the start of a round I said I found c4 and im gonna leave it there and I said im not telling anyone where it is and im gonna replant it and the d killed me for it. and he wasnt slain. So since there was no proof. who is in the right?

 

You admitted you were going to hide a C4, so yes you committed a traitorous act.

 

I was there, and @mebrusta455 filed a report against @I Eat Rice, which @CocoaThunder_ & I both agreed not to slay on. Under the MOTD, traitorous acts it says:

Mebrusta admitted to having both "found" C4 & was going to replant it. Seeing C4 is traitor equipment & could kill many people I Eat Rice took it as traitor baiting and killed him.

Yep, if you admit to committing traitorous acts, you can be killed for it. It's not so much traitor baiting as it is calling a KOS on yourself or saying you are a traitor; continuing to commit such acts and call false KOS's false under the rules of no false KOS's which means you can be slain for it.
