As you can see you admitted to the RDM here, and since you rdmed the map prior it was 2 slays.

As you can see here, you didn't even wait through one of the slays. So it's hard to believe that it was accidental, also, you have a history of RDM and Leave, I'm willing to reduce the ban to 3 days, if you promise that I won't be seeing you in the ban appeal section again. I'll wait for your reply before finishing up this appeal.
