its time for anozzer receep. i call dis one, hongo potato salad. 4-6 red boiler potatoes but i guess any kind will do. 6 for smaller ones, 4 for bigger ones. 3, if you're using russett 1/2 cup of mayo, i'd recommend anything with olive oil in it. 2 tbsp dijon mustard. yellow works too 3 tbsp chopped green onions, so about 2 stalks 1 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp fresh dill 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp parsley, dried or fresh its more 4 look than flavor 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp of kosher salt, and tht just means its really really fine ground, like white sugar boil taters for 20 or so minutes or until u can poke a fork into them with ease, then chop them up. it may be a bit difficult to actually "cut" them bc theyve been boiled tender, just try hard not to mush them up. also u can boil 2 eggs until theyre done hard, then cut them into sections and toss with the potato salad for an extra bit of texture delicately fold the tender potatoes into a bowl with the mayo and seasonings and then chill for at least 1 hour before using it

chick peas (garbanzo beans), tahini (ground sesame seed), olive oil, salt, garlic. There arent really any exact measurements, its more of "make it to taste" kind of thing, like.. mashed potatoes. but instead of potatoes, use chick peas, and instead of butter use oil, and then add tahini and stuff t o taste
