Reason For Report:

So I was shooting at a window from behind the sign on 67th way, and then Elvis jumps infront of my line of fire from the other side of the sign, and gets hit by my gunfire. I run away, and then he kills me, then reports me, and then slays me on his own report and then I told him "Wtf I was shooting first and you jumped infront of me from around the corner, while i was shooting." and then he said
"that doesnt matter thats never mattered"

for the record, i was shooting first then he jumped into my way from around a corner i couldnt see him. so theres literally nothing i couldve done, and then he slayed me on his own report when there were multiple other staff on

You shot me as soon as I came around the sign. You were not shooting "for a second before". You hadnt a reason to shoot me, so i killed you then reported you. Yes, I slayed you only because I already knew the verdict of the report. It was faster to just add the slay. The other mods on did look into it, and if they felt I was wrong they would have said something to me. You were completely in the wrong here, I really dont understand why you brought this to a forum report.

@11Cent you say you always record, since i notified you guys in the @ menu bout this well before the map changed, did you record the deathscene?

So this is a lie, you werent shooting at the house. Wait for my video to upload. You were AFK, and i presume when you came back you accidentally shot. Quoting from the rules, Accidental RDM is still RDM.

I was not fucking AFK, I was CROUCHING behind the sign with my fucking GUN out and then I shot at the house. Holy shit. Can someone please get rid of elvis

In shotlogs there, I shot 4 times with my FAL. In the DAMAGE LOGS! LOOK, Elvis was DAMAGED, at the END of the 00:13 second mark. This fucking PROVES that I was already shooting, then he jumped infront of me and got clipped by my crossfire!

 

You did not have a reason to be shooting in the first place. "I was shooting the house" is not, and will never be, a valid reason for crossfire.

 

It doesnt matter, I was still shooting first and you jumped infront of me, then slayed me on your own report when there were 2 other staff fucking members on. you literally didnt even wait one round, you immediately slayed me.

 

Im starting to think the main reason for this report is because I slayed you on my own report, and not for the slay itself.


I shouldnt have slain you, but it would have been the same outcome. Would you have reported whoever slain you, if I didnt do it myself?

And it does matter. This is not a crossfire damage.

 

I was tagged and unaware of the situation as I just joined and was setting up my OBS. I have no evidence or say in what’s going.

I brought the clip back far enough so that you can see you werent moving. I was already past the sign when you shot me, therefore you were slain for RDM. @Cupcake Mayhem to finish this report.

 

yeh, okay, i guess from the video it looks like that but i swear to god on my screen you werent infront of me. maybe i am lag, idk, you always talk about having good ping. I still think its fucked up that you immediately handled your own report, especially since 11cent said he was about to investigate it before you immediately marked it to handled and then slayed me.

From my perspective, it was a fair kill because i was aiming at something and then shot at it right as he walked infront of me, and from my stance behind the sign I could not see him until he entered my line of sight, like, this video doesnt even show my fucking perspective man why didnt you just show the deathscene from above, it wouldnt shown my line of sight

 

Deathscene was many seconds afterwards. We cant see first person perspective anyway so it wouldnt have helped here.
