3+ witnesses, 2 of which are staff < poorly made report showing screenshots, 1 of which was proven to be intentionally cut with intent to frame me, from a person who is known to bait people into getting banned.


I'm gonna be straight with you here; You guys are horrible at your job. Honestly. Re-write your rules and stop tugging your dicks around; Aspiring is just blatantly playing your rules to get people banned now and honestly, telling ME to be the one who should be responsible for getting information for that ban? Fuck you. Do your job, and stop punishing the wrong people.

I'd also like to say that @scuffed water, i never called anyone a 'toxic piece of shit', i said 'toxic pos'. You literally misquoted me in Aspiring's report against me before banning me for 3 days​

Evidence of Innocence:

@11Cent @Syn were both "witnesses" to my side. Syn got killed by me in the crossfire when Aspiring shot at me first on a blatant false kos that was called at like 5 seconds in, while i was standing next to them the whole duration of the game not having done anything traitorous, and 11cent saw the multitude of reports and the consequent damage logs relating to them on my reports against aspiring, including the one where I asked him repeatedly who kosd me and he said in chat to 'stop harassing me x4' after intentionally cutting out the part of chat where I asked who kosd me, and only included the parts where I messaged him 3 times to get him to respond ie;

And, hell, fuck it, I'll just go ahead and tag all these good boys too so we can all gather around and throw eggs and laugh at the joke of a staff team for banning me, again, for AspiringSun's psychopathic, and blatantly targeted obsession over me

I'm pretty sure all these goobers right here will be able to tell you definitively, that AspiringSun has been the one to 'start it' for every report he's made against me, and knowing that I don't record, he intentionally targets me, baits me to respond, and then records my eventual response after 3+ rounds of talking shit over his mic so nobody can screenshot it.​

 

Also, I dont know how to record shit with video or whatever, i'm pretty bad with computers so im not even gonna attempt to learn how to download some software especially when I have a server of witnesses who can support my side, like when you're choosing shitty screenshots from someone who is KNOWN TO FAKE THEM over a handful of reputable witnesses, all whom are regulars, some of whom are staff -- i mean, just, what the fuck are you doing.

 

Saturnity, grumble, and memelord weren't even on at the time so idk why you're tagging them. "Bait people into being banned" I only reported two people in years who are you and aluf lol. To be frank had you not started false kosing me/multiple people and false reporting me on forums that day on vanilla none of this would've happened. Also don't lash out at me when someone koses you, i'm following it, not the one who started it. Alright so quick update, my small break to eat just turned into me having to go out to help one of my friends, so I wont be able to respond to this tonight. Im sorry for the inconvenience.

 

There are a few things to add to the context of this, so I will go ahead and link them.

Report made by aspiring on you that ended with a forum ban, as well as an in game ban.

Report made by aspiring that you were banned for.

Report where lordy warns you to stop harassing all players as well as staff.

As you can see, you have been warned extensively by more than one staff member to stop harassing players, especially aspiring, and for him to stop harassing you as well. Now, you claim that aspiring is harassing you, yet you refuse to record any occurrences of such, which is why no action has been brought against him. Aspiring on the other hand, has gathered evidence and reported you properly, and has not been found guilty of any form of harassment that is directed towards you. Before you start claiming he harasses you all the time, we do not make bans or take punishment off of ANYONE's word. It doesn't matter how credible the person is, or how many people claim it happened, if you do not have proof of it, nothing is going to happen. All of this background ties into why your ban was placed for the amount of time it was.

At the moment, you are acknowledging that you believe he is taking advantage of you not recording, and somehow we are to blame for that? Yesterday when you messaged me, I have you a quick run-through of how demos work, which are extremely easy and viable. I would be more than happy to go into more detail and work with you on how demos work as well as how to use them, if you are up for it. However, your claim that the "system is out to get you", is ridiculous as you refuse to help your own self by using demos or recording to actually get proof of him instigating things.

What does POS mean to you then? I looked it up while I was deciding a verdict, and all I found on multiple occasions was that it is "piece of shit", which makes the most sense given the context. This was one occurrence of harassment towards aspiring from the report.

You telling aspiring to "shut the fuck up" not really anything substantial with that screenshot, however with how many warnings + the ban you have received for harassment on aspiring, it is at least notable.

You telling aspiring to "dox himself so you can eat him" kind of odd, yet you are still telling someone to dox themselves so you can "eat them". Whether that be intended to suggest harm or anything else, its targeted towards aspiring for no purpose other than to harass.

Claiming that "u probably smoke meth and hate urslef 4 it then joke about it". Clearly harassment, that comment has no purpose other than to down-put/harass aspiring. You also mock him asking you to stop harassing him in that screenshot, which he did ask multiple times.

Another comment about smoking/ being high on meth, this is not at all as substantial, but still targeted towards aspiring.

To conclude, with the evidence shown and explained above, you were banned for harassment of aspiring sun. Your ban was extended to three days because this has been a longstanding feud that has not shown any resolve. Now for the actual verdict of this appeal, after you were banned, you decided to add me on discord and send me a multitude of messages directed only to insult the staff team as well as me personally, even though I was trying to be civil and was ready to have a calm conversation with you regarding the report. You also started a forum conversation with me telling me to resign and calling me a terrible staff member, this compounded with the discord debacle is now traveling into the realm of harassing staff, which you have been warned for. I would recommend this does not continue. On top of all of this, you took to shoutbox yesterday to rant and show disregard to the staff team, which in all shows me that you do not at all deserve any chances of this ban being lifted.
