Reason:
I was minding my own buissness t baiting with a oneshot weapond and then he decided after the second barret shot and first colt that I was trying to kill him.

Was it near his head?

 

Yes it was. he actually fired 7 shots of colt and 2 shots of barret. 2 colt shots went right past my head, I actually saw the bullet and the bullet mark, and the second barret shot put a mark in the wall next to me as I was walking away so I turned around and killed him.

 

You cannot kill for shooting near someone with a one shot weapon, dawg you need to slay yourself.

 

I've talked to this with Highwon a lot a couple Days ago... He said people can't kos them if they do that. He told me I should avoided the term T "baiting" since most of us have been told
Different stuff. So shooting randomly is not kos able even if it's near your head or with a 1 shot.

 

so what defines the rule *Shooting AT other players is traitorous* ?

 

"They are trying to kill you" and "they are trying to bait" are two different things.

 

It's hard to distinguish between the two sometimes especially with a 1 shot weapon & in a sniper map.

For example in rooftops, people snipe all the time, I've been killed for sniping but never hurt anyone(Bad Aim), but I never file rdm in those cases. Yet there are some people... who fires not one, not two, but 5+ shots @ people at a very long range and hiding, but misses & gets shot and claims they were *T baiting* and files rdm...

 

Highwon told me that you can kill people if you believe they are trying to kill you, not for t-baiting with a one shot. So you should use your common sense and decide if he is playing around or trying to murder you.

 

If someone has a knife and throws it at you you should be able to kill them. That is common sense.
