The staff team actualy is greatly night staff since there is a lot of "eu" staff and they mostly operate during night time. Unless you are refering to your night which is later and falls under "peak" then we just don't have the available staff for it.
Yeah, but most eu moderators staff only eu, hence... eu.. mods.... so that still leaves quite a few servers unstaffed.
Not the approach we go for. All staff is asked to staff the servers who need it most, then as second go for the server that suits their location best.
What did you guys expect from a team that continuously bans the only black guy around(i think). They mad because i didnt give them the n-word pass.
wouldn't really want to staff under tools like pixel and lordy so i don't expect anyone with half a brain to do the same. that's certainly one reason as to why the servers are experiencing this issue but there are definitely more.
Also, there's generally a low staff amount around peak night hours and I think peak day since... everyone is either in school or working... Just gotta work on the low areas and should be fine owo Hey now, what anime I watch on my second monitor is none of your business >:C
What i have always been told, and what im assuming staff today are told, is that is all seever that need staff, are staffed, then stacking is not an issue. There being 1 staff on one server but 3 on another really doesnt mean anything bad is going on, especially considerig those are the only two servers populated. Especially with a trial, it helps having help.
